For versions prior to Android 6.0:

1. To modify the voice to a male accent: Navigate to Settings > Language & Keyboard > TTS output > TTS engine setting (For Samsung devices: Samsung TTS engine setting) > Korean (Korea).
2. For adjusting the speaking speed: Visit Settings > Language & Keyboard > TTS Output > Speed speaking > Select desired speed.

For Android 6.0 and later versions:

1. To switch the voice to a male accent: Head to Settings > General > Language & input method > Read text > Prefer TTS engine (For Samsung devices: Samsung TTS engine setting) > Right setting button > Voice data setup > Korean male data setup > Samsung TTS Engine Settings > English (United States) > Select Male voice.
2. For speed adjustment: Access Settings > General > Language and input method > Reading text > Speed reading.

For optimal performance, please exit the application completely and run it again after altering the text to be read aloud.
